  • Demonstration of MVGX products/technology to prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • Fresh/recent diploma or degree graduates with less than 3 years of work experience. All academic disciplines are welcome

DIRECTOR/SENIOR DIRECTOR, INSTITUTIONAL SALES

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach and pitch existing and potential clients with emerging digital products that meet their investment requirements.
  • Work closely with clients, to enhance working relationships and ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Work to broaden relationships with institutional investors in Singapore and elsewhere.
  • Work closely with other departments on client-related matters and assist in any ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Serve as the primary day to day contact for all related activities, including daily ad hoc enquiries and in-depth search of information regarding portfolios and operational related requests.
  • Responding to any enquiries by clients and ensuring the quality and accuracy of both regular and ad hoc reports to be delivered to clients.

Requirements:

IT INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Setup, support and configure Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure in the areas of Design, Implementation and Operation
  • Be a subject matter expert in the area of Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, TEAMS), MS Enterprise Mobility Suite (inTunes, MCAS, Azure Information Protection), Azure Active Directory (Configuring and setting up the Synchronisation of On-premise AD with Azure Active Directory, federation service)
  • Develop / Improve technical design architecture ensures the solution works well with the MVGX infrastructure, policies, standards and security requirements.
  • Analyse and develop technology improvement and feedback for Microsoft Office 365 throughout the deployment and operation cycle
  • Architecting/operating innovative solutions built on AWS
  • Design and Implement AWS architectures and environments
  • Design Native Cloud Application Architectures and optimize applications for AWS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Tertiary education in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related technical area of study.
  • 3 or more years of working experience in Azure AD, M365 and AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Strong technical skills, which may include experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, scripting languages like Python, and cloud ecosystems like AWS.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows servers, endpoints, SCCM, Exchange, SharePoint, Device Management, PowerShell Scripts
  • Certification in Managing and Operating Azure AD and Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of DevOps techniques and Agile practices preferred.
  • Proven track record in the implementation of AWS, Microsoft Office 365 suite and Azure Active Directory
  • Public cloud automation tooling and scripting experience – CFn, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins is added advantage

VICE PRESIDENT LEGAL

We are looking for a professional individual who is capable to ensure the company complies with statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the financial industry. The successful incumbent will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the business and provide legal advice across a wide range of corporate, commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters to support the company’s operations, including fundraisings and other strategic transactions, corporate secretarial matters and IP matters
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial agreements, including service agreements, partnership/collaboration agreements, NDAs, and marketing agreements.
  • Support structuring, legal and execution matters in relation to issuances on the platform.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate legal due diligence on potential transactions.
  • Co-ordinate and manage external legal counsel appointed by the company.
  • Maintain the company’s regulatory and compliance documents which include KYC and AML, and other policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and comply with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure ongoing processes and controls are complete and accurate recordkeeping of all documentation and relevant communications with internal stakeholders, regulators, and clients.
  • Partner with functional experts (i.e., Operation, Business, etc) to develop procedures, processes, and controls.
  • Acts as the main liaison officer with external legal counsels
  • Motivate & lead the legal team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience, and part of which was spent preferably at a top-tier international law firm. Bilingual, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with MAS Securities and Futures Act (SFA), Payment Service Act (PSA), regulatory requirements for a Recognised Market Operator (RMO) in Singapore, and other relevant regulatory rules and regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory regimes across multiple APAC jurisdictions, including emerging markets will be a plus
  • Superior level of resourcefulness, ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Outstanding people skills and able to work well across the organization, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects
  • Direct deal experience in conducting diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents and advising business stakeholders

  • Possesses strong relationships with the media sector.

PRODUCT TECH MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company’s product planning, analyze user requirements, market trends, competition trends and user groups, and reasonably plan the scope of demand.
  • Manage the Business Application team to oversee application development and project management to ensure timely deployment and smooth operations of the IT systems in accordance with IT policies and technology standards.
  • Lead the product planning according to the company’s product and business development direction, complete planning
  • Comprehend the core value of the product to drive product innovation and ensure that product functions meet user needs.
  • Define product functions, be responsible for the management of product requirements, collect, refine, and organize user requirements, and write product requirement documents.
  • Work closely with multiple teams such as business development, testing, and operations, continuously improve product user experience, provide corresponding product training for business departments, ensure iterative and efficient version functions, and promote product goals.
  • Continuously monitor/analyze user feedback and data analysis results after the product “goes live” and define roadmap improvement plans.
  • Develop and continuously refine the architecture design of the solutions according to business requirements, and the split design of horizontal and vertical modules, so that the solution architecture is scalable as the business develops.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the MVGX’s reputation, and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or above in computer related major.
  • Minimum 8 years of product technology team management experience.
  • Excellent innovative thinking, strong product design and user interface design ability, and sensitive to user experience.
  • Familiar with AGILE methodology
  • Previous working experience within at least one of the following sectors, Financial Institutions, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Fintech industry.
