Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Actively approach and pitch existing and potential clients with emerging digital products that meet their investment requirements.

  • Ensure client documentation is updated accordingly and internal monitoring is feasible.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or higher with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales and building a portfolio of clients within the Financial Institution industry.
  • Bilingual, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • MAS representative license
  • Possess solid experience in buy & sell-side environment.

We are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about creating a nourishing workplace, to provide support to the CEO and office administration areas. You will perform a variety of office administrative tasks and will act as the first point of contact for related queries from CEO and external parties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the CEO and provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
  • Overseeing key projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
  • Assist in the compilation of management reports, statistics, presentations, organization charts and meeting agendas, as well as prepare presentation materials for meetings.

Requirements:

  • To conduct audits covering a diverse range of activities and processes using a risk-based audit methodology to address business, financial and operational risks. 
  • Plan and perform internal audits to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in addressing financial, operational and compliance risks 
  • Examine, evaluate, and review business units/functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures 
  • Participate in risk management initiatives, such as risk awareness trainings, risk assessment, compliance audits and forensic investigations as they arise from time to time. 
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive well written audit reports to the management. 
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at developing and improving internal control, risk management and governance frameworks. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance, or its equivalent with 5 – 8 years of relevant internal audit and risk management experience.  
  • Able to communicate proficiently with English & Mandarin in order to liaise with both English & Mandarin-speaking counterparts. 
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CCEP and/or CFE will be advantageous. 
  • Relevant internal audit experience in a financial or regulatory institution, or Big 4 audit firm is preferred.

IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST

This candidate will deliver the service-desk operation collaborating with the customer service and business teams to support, manage customer’s incidents and service request, resolve, and communicate appropriate information in a timely manner.

He/she will also deliver the helpdesk functions working with the technical teams as a unit, to provide the appropriate Levels of technical support, either remote or onsite diagnosis to resolve both customer and internal end users’ technical needs, issues, and incidents, managing workflow and ticketing start to completion.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to engage user queries, handle multi-layered issues, manage sensitive information confidentially and maintaining effective communications across channels, and continuously optimize workflow processes to improve delivering the best service quality.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact to support Customers and internal service users reporting issues, requesting information or other services, within the assigned systems, applications, and business processes.
  • To complete, fulfill all service deliverables integrating required IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to meet compliance and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • To identify and diagnose issues and problems, categorize and document reported queries, advise users on appropriate course of action or approving solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams in system and service monitoring, problem identification, incident and service request management, provide required (L1-L3) technical support, coordinate escalation to next higher level of support, monitor issues from start to resolution, schedule reporting and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Security team to provide essential online security advice and support.
  • Collaborate with other units, to enhance and integrate a central automated service desk functions, with self-service capability for incident and service requests, tracking, routing, notifications and an integrated service catalog to fulfill customer service through multiple channels (human, digital, self-service).
  • To support, maintain and update all relevant knowledgebase and documentation (technical manual, guide, tickets record, SOP).
  • To support, improve and implement all relevant policies and procedures to increase work productivity, operation effectiveness and service reliability.

Requirements:

  • He/she will adhere to department policy, and dutifully carry out day-to-day technical user support under the assigned rostered shift system. The team is looking for candidate possessing the following:
  • Minimum Diploma in any IT related discipline.
  • 3-5 years in an IT Helpdesk or ServiceDesk operation support, NOC or similar role, preferably good experience with mid-to-high level practical knowledge with ITSM service tools, workflow processes.
  • Experience supporting computer software and hardware; including operating system, fundamental software application, basic networking, files and print services.
  • Experience delivering L2 to L3 technical level support on Windows and Linux platform, web services, mobile devices, and office support equipment.
  • Experience supporting JIRA, Microsoft 365, and its suite of product services.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, Nagios, TMDS, etc
  • Knowledge in Cloud Services (AWS) is an advantage
  • Knowledge in ITIL/ISO20001 and ITSM processes is an advantage.

TREASURY ASSOCIATE

  • Remain in control of all transactions and cash movements
  • Be the bridge between operations and accounting to ensure reconciliations between economic and accounting layers, investigate breaks if any
  • Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows for liquidity planning and control, prevent cash traps and control month-end cash balances, optimize bank charges and maximize cash utilization
  • Execute transactions such as spot, forward, swap, management of different currencies, cashflow analysis and payment management.
  • Work with the IT department to automate the booking of transactions and the production of reports
  • Monitor and compile data, analyze incoming and outgoing funds, handle intercompany fund transfers
  • Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk and analyse various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
  • Continuously explore ways to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies
  • Assist with the execution of client-related transactions with external counterparties (hedging and liquidations)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
