IT SERVICE DESK ANALYST

This candidate will deliver the service-desk operation collaborating with the customer service and business teams to support, manage customer’s incidents and service request, resolve, and communicate appropriate information in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for talent management, performance review, compensation & benefits, day to day human resource operations and learning &development.
  • Support end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing to arranging for interviews.
  • Provide support in day-to-day HR Operations such as on-boarding / off-boarding of employees, maintaining of personnel records, application for government grants, claims and work passes.

INTERNAL AUDITOR

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To conduct audits covering a diverse range of activities and processes using a risk-based audit methodology to address business, financial and operational risks. 
  • Plan and perform internal audits to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in addressing financial, operational and compliance risks 
  • Examine, evaluate, and review business units/functions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures 
  • Participate in risk management initiatives, such as risk awareness trainings, risk assessment, compliance audits and forensic investigations as they arise from time to time. 
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive well written audit reports to the management. 
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at developing and improving internal control, risk management and governance frameworks. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting and Finance, or its equivalent with 5 – 8 years of relevant internal audit and risk management experience.  
  • Able to communicate proficiently with English & Mandarin in order to liaise with both English & Mandarin-speaking counterparts. 
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA, CCEP and/or CFE will be advantageous. 
  • Relevant internal audit experience in a financial or regulatory institution, or Big 4 audit firm is preferred. 
  • Have the ability to be independent, possess good analytical skills and able to gather, analyze, evaluate facts, and reach appropriate conclusions.

JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL

The Junior Legal Counsel will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice across various legal disciplines for the organisation. He/she will be in charge of overseeing and facilitating the negotiation of corporate and commercial agreements and managing and resolving any related legal matters. The Junior Legal Counsel will also provide support on regulatory and compliance matters with the Monetary Authority of Singapore

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the business and provide legal advice across a wide range of corporate, commercial, transactional, and regulatory matters to support the company’s operations, including fundraisings and other strategic transactions, corporate secretarial matters and IP matters
  • Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a variety of commercial agreements, including service agreements, partnership/collaboration agreements, NDAs, and marketing agreements.
  • Support structuring, legal and execution matters in relation to issuances on the platform.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate legal due diligence on potential transactions.
  • Co-ordinate and manage external legal counsel appointed by the company.
  • Maintain the company’s regulatory and compliance documents which include KYC and AML, and other policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and comply with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure ongoing processes and controls are complete and accurate recordkeeping of all documentation and relevant communications with internal stakeholders, regulators, and clients.
  • Partner with functional experts (i.e., Operation, Business, etc) to develop procedures, processes, and controls.
  • Other ad hoc matters as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable university
  • NQ to 2 PQE Singapore qualified lawyer with transactional legal experience from leading law practice in Singapore, preferably in the following practice areas: corporate/M&A or IP/TMT
  • Direct deal experience in conducting diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents and advising business stakeholders
  • Highly motivated self-starter and team player, able and keen to work in a fast-paced and demanding, yet collaborative, environment
  • Excellent at building rapport with different client types through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

COMPLIANCE ANALYST

The Compliance Analyst will be primarily responsible for conducting CDD for institutional and accredited clients onboarding on our cryptocurrencies and/or securities token platform. He/she will be in charge of supporting the client screening process associated with AML and Sanctions requirements, review for exceptions generated from blockchain analytics tools and other market surveillance tools to better understand clients’ activities and risks. The Compliance Analyst will provide full support on all regulatory and compliance matters to the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance review of the CDD and client screening function, such as ensuring that CDD processes meet policy standards and working with the Compliance Manager and Chief Regulatory Officer to manage risk.
  • Maintain MVGX’s regulatory and compliance documents which include MVGX’s KYC and AML, Listing and Trading rules, Conflicts of Interest and other policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and comply with MAS and MVGX requirements.
  • Executing processes to review new and existing account documentation for completeness and validity. 
  • Ensure ongoing processes and controls is complete and accurate recordkeeping of all documentation and relevant communications with internal stakeholders, regulators, and clients.
  • Advise on, and escalate, higher risk relationships and reputation risks arising from CDD and customer screening.
  • Partner with functional experts (i.e., Legal, Business, etc) to develop procedures, processes, and controls. 
  • Provide full support on all regulatory and compliance matters, including periodic reporting and submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
  • Other ad hoc matters as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience, particularly within AML, CDD, regulatory compliance
  • Excellent at building rapport with different client types through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training will be provided to suitable candidates. Prior experience in client onboarding and AML/CDD in a financial institution is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHAIRMAN

We are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about creating a nourishing workplace, to provide support to the CEO and office administration areas. You will perform a variety of office administrative tasks and will act as the first point of contact for related queries from CEO and external parties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the CEO and provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
  • Overseeing key projects and assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
  • Assist in the compilation of management reports, statistics, presentations, organization charts and meeting agendas, as well as prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments; completing reports, composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, etc.
  • Provide on-site support at board meetings, including taking of meeting minutes.
  • Take on office manager role and any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Professionals with a bachelors at least 5 years of relevant working experience, an MBA will be advantageous. Or a recent MBA graduate, training will be provided.
