CTX Announces Kelvin Wong, former Deputy Country Head of Lloyds Bank (Singapore), has joined as Chief Compliance Officer

Cyberdyne Tech Exchange (“CTX”), a regulated digital green exchange headquartered in Singapore, today announced that Kelvin Wong had joined the company as its Chief Compliance Officer.

In his role, Mr. Wong will report to CTX’s Executive Chairman Dr. Bai Bo and oversee CTX’s compliance issues of its products and business activities, through developing, implementing and executing compliance and governance policies, procedures, manuals and training programs.

Mr. Wong joined CTX following after more than 17 years experiences in compliance, audit and risk management in the financial services industry. In his prior roles including member of Risk Management & Regulation at Singapore Exchange, Deputy Country Head/Risk Partner of Lloyds Bank (Singapore) and Head of Compliance at Tiger Brokers (Singapore), he has developed an extensive compliance experience of capital market products.

Mr. Wong has assumed his full-time responsibilities with CTX on June 14, 2021.
